Founded in 2007, our friendly and knowledgeable team are here to help whether that’s through our call centre or in the store itself. With a focus on customer service, we aim to be fast, efficient and courteous while handling all your business requirements. No order is too small nor too big – we’ve handled requests from AED 10 to AED 100,000 bulk orders and everything in between, serving a diverse clientele base that includes government, banking and finance, education, and the hotel industry to name a few.

Since 2007, we have grown significantly with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and deliveries being made across the Middle East and beyond. Under the management of Swiss national Konrad Schwitter, who has over 20 years of experience in IT and marketing, exciting plans are also in place to expand our internet reach and call centre operation as well as represent more quality brands e.g. Caran d'Ache Premium Swiss Writing Instruments, Sigel Glass Boards and Notebooks, edding, HERMA or Konrad S. from around the world.
